Honorable Kurdistanis! Alliance of Political Forces of East Kurdistan! Peshmerga Forces of Kurdistan, the Guardians of National Sovereignty!
The commencement of military operations by Israel and the United States against Iran represents more than a mere tactical escalation; it is a strategic and historical pivot in the regional balance of power. This marks the final phase of a geopolitical transformation aimed at reshaping the Middle East and signifies the dawn of a new era for the political status and national sovereignty of East Kurdistan (Rojhelat).
On this occasion, the Kurdistan National Congress (KNC), as the supreme national institution, demands an immediate cessation of all internal disputes and discord among the political forces of East Kurdistan. To fortify the National Liberation Movement and to seize this unprecedented historical opportunity, it is imperative that all political entities currently outside the Alliance integrate into this national umbrella without delay. This unification is the fundamental prerequisite for the purposeful distribution of duties based on the nation’s political, diplomatic, and military resources.
The Peshmerga forces of East Kurdistan bear an ontological and historical responsibility to liberate the sacred soil of our country. You must assure the resilient people of Kurdistan that you remain the ultimate protectors of the dignity, territory, and sovereignty of the Kurdish Nation.
The active Kurdish Diaspora, acting as our “moral liberated territory,” must mobilize all capacities within parliaments, international political centers, and state decision-making bodies to ensure that the political will of East Kurdistan is recognized as a primary factor in the emerging regional order.
We call upon the people, political forces, and all national potentials (potentials of power) across all parts of Kurdistan to remain vigilant and supportive of the trajectory toward the political destiny of East Kurdistan. The time has arrived for the unification of the state-building will.
